"Hot Pool" Fun

We had a "multi family" family home evening lastnight at the Jacobsend.

After our lesson we went for a dip in the "hot pool" as Kari's kids put it.

Luke's Surprise B-Day Party

So the other night we had a Surprise Party for Luke's Birthday.

It was so stinkin hard to keep it a surprise, but I did it.

Then after a crazy blindfolded trip to our fiends house we

arrived adn he recognized the huge dog that licked his hand

and knew where we were and then come to find out, we

were the only ones there. Opps. It ended up that everyone

finally showed up and we had a great time visiting and eating

the yummy pies I made for Luke.

Great Grandpa and Grandma Schumann

and Aunt Sondra and Family gave Tripp some

$ to get a fun gift. So on our vacation we went to

Build-a-Bear Workshop and Kayleb and Thayne

had a BLAST making a cute little puppy that barks and named him Barky!

So, we went to a yummy Mexican Food

restaurant while on our trip. with all the

yummy enchiladas, chimichangas, borritos etc.,

We went to the beach in Northern Washington with the Jacobsen's

It was cold and Windy , but the boys were good sports about

letting me take some pictures. And we all had a BLAST!

Our Drive to Vancouver, and Seattle...

We left at 6:30pm when Luke Got home from work.

Tripp did good for about the first 3 hours, THEN he

started to freakout and not want ot be in his seat.

The above picture of Tripp is taken at 2am when

we pulled over to let him out of his seat for

a little while. INSTANT Smiles!

Kayleb thought it was great to stay up as late as he wanted.

So, from 7pm till 5am we were on the road.

The boys actually did really well.

But we sure were glad to get to the HOTEL today to Chill!
